Luke McMeeken-Ruscoe

I launched Straightface which is New Zealand’s best shaving subscription service. We want to make it easier and simpler for Kiwis to look good and feel good. We do that by delivering awesome 5-blade razors to your door on your schedule.
I graduated with an MBA focusing on international business and financial performance from Victoria University of Wellington in 2016.
My YouTube channel is something I need to work on, you can see my short films and some other stuff, it is a work in progress.

This website is where I want to impart things I have learned over the years focusing on Strategy, Leadership, improvement, and Story Telling to make you a better boss, partner, and human being.

I represented New Zealand at Basketball and Volleyball.
Using basketball, I got into Brown University where I played for 4 years and I was a 2 year captain. Unfortunately, I suffered a career ending injury so now I am just randomly tall.
After getting injured I attended the New Zealand Film and Television school. I got to work on set for some big Hollywood films and then with Weta Digital to work on many others.
My injury has made me appreciate my body more, how it works and how it doesn’t. I like to lift weights to keep healthy and I do a lot of mobility work to offset the challenges of my injury.
